The community was developed around the Villa Padierna Golf Club and the landmark Villa Padierna Palace Hotel, a five-star resort that sits at the centre of the estate. Over time, Los Flamingos has become one of the most recognised residential areas on the Costa del Sol, attracting both full-time residents and international second-home buyers.

Location & Accessibility

Los Flamingos occupies a hillside position just north of the New Golden Mile, placing residents within easy reach of the coast while maintaining a quieter residential setting. The beaches and beach clubs along the coastline are typically reached within ten minutes, while Puerto Banús and central Marbella are approximately 15-20 minutes away by car.

The area is within convenient distance of international schools, shopping centres, and medical facilities, supporting year-round residential living rather than purely seasonal occupancy.

The community also benefits from convenient access to the AP-7 motorway, allowing straightforward travel along the Costa del Sol. Málaga Airport can generally be reached within an hour, providing direct connections to major European cities.

Modern villas in the area frequently reach prices above €4–6 million, with larger newly constructed properties commanding higher values depending on location and architectural scale.
