Located in the eastern part of Marbella, Elviria is one of the most established residential districts along the Costa del Sol’s coastline. Positioned approximately ten kilometres east of Marbella’s town centre, the area combines beachside communities, hillside villa neighbourhoods, and well-developed commercial infrastructure.

Elviria has developed into a self-contained residential zone within East Marbella, offering a range of property types that attract both full-time residents and international second-home buyers. Its proximity to the beach, accessibility to Marbella, and wide selection of amenities have made it one of the most active residential markets in this part of the municipality.

Location & Accessibility
