The Hills, low-density living, privacy and seamless integration with the surrounding countryside are key concepts. This means uninterrupted, panoramic views for every villa on the development. The emphasis is on simplicity and flexible living. Floor to ceiling window walls create a constant dialogue between the interior beauty of the homes and the beauty of the surrounding landscape. From the heights of La Quinta, the villas look out over the countryside and across the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar and North Africa. Every home in The Hills is perfectly positioned for breathtaking views from dawn to dusk.
